Karanite is run by one person. Email is the fastest way to reach a human — pick the address that matches your question and you will get to the right place first time.
Response times
Pro Host includes a one-business-day response target. Free-tier questions and general enquiries are answered as soon as possible, usually within a few days. Rights and privacy requests are answered within five business days.
Billing, subscriptions and account help
Anything about a charge, a plan, a refund, or getting into your account. Include the email address on the account and, if it is about a charge, the date and amount.

Bugs and problems during a game
Tell us the room code, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. Signed-in users can also use the “Report a problem” button in the app, which attaches technical detail automatically.

Content, copyright and abuse
Rights holders, takedown requests, and reports about user-submitted content or behaviour. This is the address filed with our copyright agent registration.
